We took great care to create truly modern and forward thinking spaces for learning at this new academy in Hackney, while considering the impact the development will have on the neighbourhood. Particular attention was given to the site's integration with the local community and also the neighbouring conservation area by creating a large paved plaza area for community events.
Our proposals comprise a variety of outdoor spaces and opportunities for learning that include sports facilities, outdoor dining/teaching spaces, entrance plaza and a generous area for habitat creation & allotment planting.
