Our approach to designing and developing urban spaces incorporates our philosophy of creating sustainable people places.
Improving the urban landscape has social and health benefits as well as increasing property and land values and raising council tax revenues. There is also clear evidence around the world that “green cities” attract inward investment.
As part of our design approach we focus on the three pillars of sustainable design – environmental, social and economic – and we focus on ensuring these elements work together in a project.
Our public realm projects include masterplanning and urban design of urban squares and streets, parks, retail facilities, transportation nodes, mixed use developments and civic and canalside developments.
