Motivated by a desire to protect the environment and create beautiful healthy spaces for people’s everyday lives.

Mais has worked in Syria, Lebanon, the UK, and France. She has delivered a wide range of projects, further reinforcing her value in creating sustainable and people-orientated places. It is important to her that a landscape can perform holistically to address a wide range of social and environmental demands. A key aspect in her design work looks at providing ecologically sensitive places that people can enjoy. She has developed her eye for design and how to illustrate narratives using graphic representation to communicate concepts and ideas.
